Our new client a Global company who operate globally, employing more than 12,000 people, in 41 different countries around the world are expanding their Belfast offering and are opening a brand-new Customer Care department, where they will establish a team of Customer Care Specialists to provide a fantastic service to their customers. We are looking for Customer Service professionals to join our client’s team, taking telephone calls from their customers, providing outstanding support. In return you will receive a great salary, a bonus, and an excellent range of flexible benefits. Home and/or blended working is available (once established in the role) supporting your work/life balance which is important to our client. They are looking for friendly customer service staff to deliver a fantastic service to our customers every day. To be successful you will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, have a genuine desire to help others, be computer literate and critically, be looking for a role that will allow you to succeed and grow.
- Most importantly you will be expected to put the Customer at the forefront of everything that you do
- You will answer incoming telephone calls from customers including processing orders, answering questions on products and/or services, research orders and other records to solve problems whilst offering solutions
- Work closely with internal colleagues/other departments to ensure excellent customer service is provided
- Our clients’ shifts are daytime only with our telephone lines closing at 6pm, so no late-night evening shifts to consider. We do work Saturday mornings on a rotational basis, and you receive time for in lieu of the hours worked.

We require all new starters to be available with no holiday during the first 6 weeks of employment due to training requirements.
