As an ISDA Negotiator, you would deal directly with blue-chip, high-profile clients, supporting them around trading documentation queries and are responsible for negotiating ISDA Master Agreement documentation, derivatives, futures, and prime brokerage agreements together with CSA and other ancillary documentation for a range of clients across multiple products. As an ISDA negotiator, you will be Operating in a niche area of legal services.
Tasks include recording and distribution of detailed meeting minutes, filing, and organisation of one or more managers’ schedules. As a result, basic computer knowledge and a good base in general grammar are sought after qualities.
